Shipping & Payment Policy

We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped, unless unforeseen circumstances cause a delay- in such cases, we kindly ask forย yourย patience.

A $15 shipping fee applies to all orders.

We recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery to monitor your packages directly. Please do not request tracking updates unless 5 business days have passed since you placed your order. (Note: weekendsย excluded)

Lost or Seized Packages

  1. If a package is marked asย seized, we may offer aย partial or full compensation, depending on the situation.
  2. If a package isย lost in transit, we coverย 50% of the loss.
  3. If a package isย returned to senderย and the address on the label isย correct, we willย not reshipย it.
  4. If a package is markedย delivered, weย cannot take responsibilityย for it.

Refunds & Replacements

  1. There are no refunds for canceled orders once payment has been received.
  2. We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that do not meet personal preferences. Any discrepancies on product quality and validity should be trialed via a known test and the process documented and sent to us for a review.
