Shipping & Payment Policy

We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped, unless unforeseen circumstances cause a delay- in such cases, we kindly ask for your patience.

A $15 shipping fee applies to all orders.

We recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery to monitor your packages directly. Please do not request tracking updates unless 5 business days have passed since you placed your order. (Note: weekends excluded)

Lost or Seized Packages

  1. If a package is marked as seized, we may offer a partial or full compensation, depending on the situation.
  2. If a package is lost in transit, we cover 50% of the loss.
  3. If a package is returned to sender and the address on the label is correct, we will not reship it.
  4. If a package is marked delivered, we cannot take responsibility for it.

Refunds & Replacements

  1. There are no refunds for canceled orders once payment has been received.
  2. We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that do not meet personal preferences. Any discrepancies on product quality and validity should be trialed via a known test and the process documented and sent to us for a review.
